Well this Wednesday I was not feeling myself, if anyone has had problems with their wisdom teeth they will understand, and because of that I only took a few snaps (sorry)

There is a Tar Dar!!! for Margaret for finishing her lovely table mats
with her posh heat resident wadding!

Cathy was busy working on her music bag, she is not going to let it get the better if her!!
she also come wearing this fantastic t- shirt!!!!

Annie pie came today to spend the whole day with us this week, which was
fantastic !!! She brought along her beautiful Katherine Guerrier scrappy
quilt to show us all WOW!!!

This is the back where she has added an extra block to break up the green :)

Keeping on the Katherine Guerrier theme, Maggie also brought along
her stunning quilt to, she has been working on this for a long time and unpicked it
several times to get it right, and I think it was worth it because it looks fantastic!
It reminds me of a stained glass window with the deep blues and gold.

Well that's all the photos I have this week :(
See you next week

Home sewing :)

Well this Wednesday I missed my lovely sewing day (thanks to sports day!) how ever I did manage to do a bit of home sewing,

I had brought a pair of pyjamas yesterday and was very disappointed when I got them home that they were the baggy type! :( then I thought well I have a sewing machine, so I will be brave and do my first un supervised clothes alteration!

As you can see they are very baggy round the feet area, I do hate it when they ride up!
so I took in the legs and the sleeves and top  :)

 Tar Dar!!!!! Perfect !:)

That's all the time I had sewing this week,

cant wait for next week :)

Sewing :)

This Wednesday it was nice to see lots of faces , all with different projects to do, lets see how they got on,

At the start of the day Margaret F was playing with some strange "space like" material,
I later learnt that it was heat resistant wadding! and she is planning
to make some fantastic place mats, using the Dresden plate block she was creating last week.
I cant wait to see these finished :)

cleverly up cycled the fabric from a roman blind!!! Brilliant!! :)

here while she is putting on her binding :)
